It was a great honor to be asked and able to participate in the first home presented in the Land O’Lakes Tunnel to Towers Let Us Do Good Village. On December 17, 2022 Tunnel to Towers welcomed the first family into the Tunnel to Towers Let Us Do Good Village in Land O’ Lakes Florida, Danielle Thornton, surviving spouse of U.S. Army SPC Robert Thornton Jr., and their children Jaylen and Kinsley

Our biggest event of all each year is truly in our hearts and that is the sponsorship of children who are caught up in the court system, no fault of their own. Purchasing, wrapping the items that the children wish for and the foster parents request as needed is so rewarding.

It all begins with an idea. Santa wanted a way for children to send their wishes directly to him and with the help of County Commissioner, Ron Oakley, a bright red mail box was placed at the bottom of the Pasco County courthouse steps for letters to the north pole. Each child who writes a letter to Santa and provides a return address receives a letter from Santa with a special surprise!
